1 Plaintiff David Peterman sued Defendants Herbalife International Inc. and Herbalife of America Inc. (collectively, "Herbalife") for, inter alia, breach of contract. The District Court for the Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County, dismissed Petermans case on account of discovery abuses. Peterman appeals this and two other pretrial rulings. We conclude that the District Court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the case and, therefore, affirm.
